in case of a problem represents a serious commitment for us. Experienced
service technicians will be happy to support you in any technical problem.
Should a grave problem occur with one of our machines, our service technicians
will be on site within 24 h to solve the problem. Our head of service,
Eckhard Häger, is available for initial trouble shooting by phone,
fast and unbureaucratic.
