Pallet Welding Machine (SML 3200)
Today plastic pallets prove of value for in-house use, storage, transport and in the so-called pallet pool. Plastic pallets meet the demand of cost-effectiveness, loading capacity and long lifecycle and are as well suitable for the use in high rack warehouses, cold storage houses or in automated conveyor systems.
Being perfectly adapted to modern logistics, compliance of international and national standards, food and automotive industry or multiple other industrial applications, plastic pallets provide an economic basis for logistics.
The usual dimensions are such as 800mm x 1200mm (euro-pallet) or 1000mm x 1200mm (industrial dimension). In addition, there is a variety of special dimensions and special versions that can be manufactured or assembled with the pallet welding machines by Wegener International. No matter if pallets are to be extended, widened or shortened, skids welded-on or pallet bases to be welded, everything can be economically and continuously realized using the WEGENER pallet welding machine.
In its version as pallet welding machine, the SML 320 completes the broad product line of welding machines by Wegener International that can be used for the assembly of plastic pallets. Using the innovative SML 320, pallets can be shortened, extended or widened to be adapted to the individual customer demands. An additional available heating element with two separate control cycles is an absolute novelty.
The use of this heating element allows for realization of different temperatures on both heating surfaces of the heating element, such as for fusion of molding blanks manufactured in different ways (injection die molding/extrusion) if appropriate. The machine concept enables an easy and user friendly use of the machine. As a matter of course this machine is also equipped, further to the patent-registered synchro-
nization of the machine tables, with the proven composite design table construction and a proportional valve to apply the process forces. The standard version includes a state-of-the-art Siemens S7 PLC with a touchscreen.
