Our linear welding system is an alternative to conventional welding methods for slab-shaped semi-finished products. The fields of use range from static load-bearing, all-over bonded weld joints, seal welds through to welding liners in concrete buildings, e.g. permanent shuttering. Only one person is needed to operate our system.

Short Description of the Procedure:
Make up plug-in type rail elements according to the desired length of the weld
Fasten rail elements to the container with vacuum suckers
Bring the extruder pneumatically into its working position
Start the extrusion process
The extruder moves along the rail elements at a constant speed. It is driven by a rack and pinion combination
The system can be used to produce single-V and fillet welds
The extruder unit encounters a limit stop at the end of the rail system and the process is terminated
